It’s wonderful to see that record numbers of businesses are becoming Living Wage Employers during these difficult times. Low paid workers need a wage that reflects the cost of living more than ever, and the businesses you’ll find in this guide have committed to supporting their staff to live with dignity. We now have over 560 Living Wage Employers based in Wales which have helped uplift the pay of over 22,500 workers and ensure over 156,000 workers in Wales are paid at least a real Living Wage.
